- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I arrived at 4:20pm, with my dog which was just hit by a car at my house less than a mile away. Great right? NO. Not accepting new patients without appointments and they are fresh out of appointments. EMERGENCY meaning my dog is bleeding in your floor and nope darn no appointments. At least one of the 3 office chair pilots behind the counter got up to look and said he's stable. Because you have exray vision and his breathings poor heart rates off he's bleeding with a couple nice cuts and a dangling toe that's still hanging on. Yep he's stable...... So they refer me to my vet which is 25 minutes away and closes at 5:00 it's now 4:30. So then I get to wait watching my dog in pain not knowing if he's ok on the inside other than what I can see, wasting valuable time for a clinic to open in burlington at 6:00 to take him there. Disgusted that in an emergency that's what I got for help. Interestingly enough I was going to switch to this vet with both of my dogs because it was so close to my house (less than 1 mile). Oh and there should be negative stars so we're not forced to give 1 to review.July 05, 2017by J S
